About Project:
We are constructing Yash Square, a 20,000 sq. ft., 4-storied commercial building, using the Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) system for enhanced structural efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and faster execution. Designed to accommodate diverse commercial spaces, this modern structure ensures durability, flexibility, and a premium business environment. The project showcases our expertise in multi-story PEB construction for commercial applications.
Ideation and Result:
The loft features an open floor plan with high ceilings and exposed brick walls that add character and warmth. A mix of contemporary furnishings and vintage accents creates an eclectic yet cohesive atmosphere. Strategic use of color and lighting highlights different zones within the space, making it feel both spacious and intimate.
The design incorporates multifunctional furniture to maximize usability, ensuring that every area serves a purpose. Custom artwork and decor pieces are thoughtfully curated to reflect the client's personality and interests. Greenery is incorporated through indoor plants, adding a refreshing touch to the urban setting.
