About Project:
We are constructing a 10,000 sq. ft. insulated factory for Glenda Aqua Foods, dedicated to packaged drinking water production. Built using the Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) system, the facility is designed for energy efficiency, durability, and optimal operational workflow. This project highlights our capability in delivering high-quality, temperature-controlled industrial spaces tailored for the food and beverage industry.
Ideation and Result:
The loft features an open floor plan with high ceilings and exposed brick walls that add character and warmth. A mix of contemporary furnishings and vintage accents creates an eclectic yet cohesive atmosphere. Strategic use of color and lighting highlights different zones within the space, making it feel both spacious and intimate.
The design incorporates multifunctional furniture to maximize usability, ensuring that every area serves a purpose. Custom artwork and decor pieces are thoughtfully curated to reflect the client's personality and interests. Greenery is incorporated through indoor plants, adding a refreshing touch to the urban setting.
